An evening with Yotam Ottolenghi – Edinburgh Lyceum, 10th November

Really looking forward to this next week!

Join Yotam Ottolenghi, regarded as one of the most innovative, creative chefs and food writers in the food world, for the long-awaited publication of Plenty More. It picks up where Plenty left off, with over 150 more inspiring, vegetable-based dishes. The chapters are organised by cooking method – grilled, baked, simmered, cracked, braised, mashed and so forth – and the range of sweet and savoury recipes is stunning.

With recipes including Alphonso mango and curried chickpea salad, Membrillo and stilton quiche, Buttermilk-crusted okra, Candy beetroot with lentils and yuzu, Seaweed, ginger and carrot salad, and desserts such as Baked rhubarb with sweet labneh and Quince poached in pomegranate juice, be sure to come prepared for a brilliant evening as Yotam discusses this bold and beautiful cookbook that will inform, inspire and delight.

There will be a Q&A session followed by a book signing at the end of the event.

Thanks so much for this!! I love him and didn’t know he was coming to Edinburgh – and I’m free that night!! So happy you posted this – I would have cried if I had found out too late.
